  These guys are awesome - Carl and the team do a great job of taking care of my mom and stepfather!!! Without their attention to detail and support their medical care / prescriptions would be so much more difficult to handle. Keep up the great work!

  I was billed for my grandmother's meds. She was covered by multiple resources and there shouldn't have been any charges. I called over a week ago and there has been no return call made back to me from my inquiry. 7-18 -16 I just received a call today from Tiffany. Although she was on vacation for the last few days, she went over the charges with me. Not happy I was not notified prior to the charges occurring. Not happy with the extra money to have OTC vitamins and eye drops in cute wrappers to ease the employee and their cart use for dispensing the meds. Not happy the charges were for over the counter vitamins and such. Yes, Tiffany was very nice individual but the practice of billing without informing the individual who pays the bills prior to charging them is a little bit sideways. I look at it like you reached into my wallet and stole money from me. You should reconsider how that procedure is done.
